Kate Thomas for the Huffington Post.com–Tapas and Spain go together like baguettes and France. And the southern Spanish region of Andalucia poses no exception to this rule. On a recent trip to Sevilla, Spain (an hour plane flight from Madrid) I got an inside look at tapas in one for the most thriving local neighborhoods in town. And in this video, a local showed me his most beloved restaurant. It proved to be a delicious experience. Triana is a bustling part of town that is markedly different from the rest of the city. The concentration of historic architecture and manicured gardens found across the river in Sevilla are replaced here by a vibrant local scene.
