Created for consumers, travel professionals, and anyone from the U.S. and Canadian markets planning or dreaming a trip to Spain, the two-day virtual trade show features more than 40 exhibitors from Spain. The show is made up of interactive booths where the visitor may browse around, download brochures, start a chat conversation, pick up or leave a business card, and request further information. As you can see it’s just like a trade show at a conference center, but you can visit it while sitting comfortably at your home or office computer.

Spanish Tourism’s Virtual Trade Show Gains Popularity

Last year’s edition of this Spanish tourism virtual trade show attracted some 5,000 visitors, and thanks to increased awareness of the show through digital and social media campaigns plus growing exhibitor participation, many more visitors are expected this year. Similar to a traditional trade show, exhibitors will be offering travel prizes to encourage client interaction and providing the chance to see Spain live.

At Conexion Spain Virtual 2013, visitors can chat live with suppliers and CVB’s from more than 14 Spanish cities and regions to get the latest news on trends, excursions, side trips, adventures, and things to see; they will also benefit from special offers from hotels, travel agencies, tour operators, incoming services and destination management companies.
